WHICH AREAS DO YOU COVER?
All Green Landscapes Ltd are happy to quote for domestic work in Bedfordshire, South Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire.
For larger commercial projects we are happy to quote across the South East.
IS THE WORK GUARANTEED?
All our hard landscaping is guaranteed for up to a year. Soft landscaping is at our discretion. That is to say if the plants or turf have been neglected we may not feel it our duty to replace it. Customer satisfaction is always our priority though, so hopefully we can come to a happy compromise.
ARE YOU QUALIFIED?
Mark is a fully qualified horticulturist and has over 30 years experience but keeps up-to-date with all the latest designs and techniques.
ARE YOU INSURED?
We have full and comprehensive Public Liability Insurance which protects you as our customer and our workers on your property.
DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
We do not take deposits up front. Once the work has been started a small advance may be asked for as a good will gesture. The final payment will be asked for once the work is completed to your satisfaction.
WILL MY PROJECT BE FINISHED ON TIME?
Some leeway has to be given for adverse weather conditions but you can expect us to make every effort to finish on time.
WILL IT COST MORE THAN THE QUOTATION?
You will receive a formal written quotation and unless there are changes made by you this is what you will pay. A quotation is not an estimate, you will not have to pay more.
